against sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB), which are often problematic in enhanced oil recovery
operations like injection water treatment, top-side systems, pipeline protection and storage.
Application
THPS is an environmentally friendly biocide applied in industrial cooling systems, oil field operations,
and papermaking industry. THPS is also applied as flame retardant in cotton, dacron-cotton fibers.
